What does the rental price of the holiday villa NOT include?

The holiday villa rental prices quoted on this website do not include:

• a breakage deposit (100 Euros Refundable Breakage Deposit);
• local taxes (Charged at 7% of Holiday Villa Rental Price);
• our Accessible Airport Transfer Service;
• our Accessible Private Transfer Service;
• or holiday insurance.

All guests are responsible for ensuring that they have sufficient holiday insurance.
