Will you "hold" the holiday villas whilst I arrange flights?
Yes, we are happy "hold" your chosen holiday accommodation for you for up to 48 hours so that you may organise your flights.
We do not "hold" our holiday accommodation(s) for prospective guests unless we have been specifically asked to "hold" a particular holiday villa for specific holiday dates.
Due to the popularity of our wheelchair accessible accommodations and associated services we are unable to "hold" potencial reservations for more than 48 hours.
We will agree with prospective guests the hour (GMT) until which we will "hold" the holiday accommodation, if we have not heard from the prospective guest by the agreed time the holiday accommodation will immediately become available for other guests to reserve.
